Family Fun
It is hard to have family time with both working parents and extremely
active family members but teens need and most want family time. The simplest
way is to have dinners together without interruptions. Sharing conversation
has other benefits, too. Teens who are at family dinners 5 or more times
a week were 42% less likely to drink alcohol, 59% less likely to smoke,
66% less likely to try marijuana and 45% more likely to get A’s
and B’s in school. Try to have a family dinner together before going
